Meet the Founder
Milad Fahim founded Sr. Olive in 2017 with a commitment to bringing Egypt's finest table olives and pickled vegetables to international markets, built on hands-on knowledge of the country's olive-growing regions and a direct relationship with every stage of production.
He represents Sr. Olive at major international food trade events — including Gulfood in Dubai, one of the world's largest food and beverage exhibitions — to build lasting relationships with importers and stay close to the standards global buyers expect.
From Khatatba to global tables
Sr. Olive is a professional Egyptian exporter of table olives and pickled vegetables, based in Khatatba, Menoufia, Egypt.
Since 2017, we have supplied international markets with green, natural black, pitted, sliced and stuffed olives.
Our range also includes artichokes, red and green sliced jalapeños, Mexican pepper, cucumber and mixed pickles.
Current markets include Italy, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Albania, Peru, Chile and other South American countries.
